I've tried all the studios in DC and nothing is better than Flow. The teachers are top notch, and they offer so many options each day. Plus they are not a chain like Core Power owned by some VC company and you can feel the difference. Love them!

Flow is the best!! I joined last year right when I moved to DC and have taken over 130 classes since then. All the teachers are incredible in their own unique ways, and there is a strong, welcoming community among the students. Flow has 100% changed my life for the better and can’t recommend it enough!

I'm just starting out yoga and my experience here has been really positive! The space is comfortable and inclusive. Instructors have been great and very helpful too.

I love this place! Becoming a member of Flow has transformed my experience here in DC. It’s part of my routine now and I can’t imagine life without it. The staff are incredible and the community is so welcoming. Highly recommend Flow!

AMAZING! I used Flow for a group class for my sorority, the owners were very communicative on email helping me book the class, the price was amazing for such a large group, and the instructor Lorraine was amazing and very helpful! Everyone loved the class, and not to mention the studio is super beautiful and clean.
