The manager and the employees are all very nice, willing to let me stay around to transfer all my storage from my broken phone to my new phone even when it was closing time. I will definitely come back! Amazing people there 😄
Took my phone to get my back screen replaced, they replaced the phone screen and one month later my phone charging port stopped working completely. Took it to Apple and they told me it’s because the phone has been tampered with and the pins in the back of the phone have been bent and it would cost me 600 dollars to repair. Called phone EZY and they’ve denied having ANY fault in this, telling me to go to a new phone repair shop to get it fixed there, rather than offering a refund or compensation of any sort. There was no issues with the charging port prior to this. Avoid !!
My iPhone died last month and I thought I had lost everything. I took it to two other places, including Apple, but they were unable to fix it. Ethon at FoneEZY managed to repair my phone. Excellent service and highly recommended.
My first experience as a customer at this small family run business. I bought a product that was not good quality and did not function the way it was supposed to. I thought I might have an issue getting a refund, but they refunded straight away and said it could be a faulty item and could exchange if I wanted to see. I decided to get the refund, but will do more research on the products and then go back and buy from them. For me, customer service is critical to becoming a repeat customer. This family business deserves our full support in such a competitive industry. Thanks for the great customer service, I will be back!
Am really happy with the screen and battery replacement. Screen was cracked the night before and like many, my life depends heavily on my phone. Was happy they could repair it within 2 hours. Wasn't the cheapest but was happy to pay a premium for the express service.
