Working with Kristin from Forget Me Knot Wedding made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly that we honestly couldn’t tell if anything went wrong it truly felt like a perfect day. Even weeks later, we still think about how seamless, joyful, and stress-free our wedding day felt thanks to Kristin. Kristin didn’t just shine on the wedding day; the rehearsal the day before was engaging, organized, and even entertaining. She is reliable, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients. Her dedication speaks volumes; she even pushed through an ankle injury to be there for us and ensure everything ran smoothly. Kristin knows how to handle family dynamics with grace and always keeps the focus where it belongs: on the couple. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend Forget Me Knot Wedding enough. I truly wish we could have another wedding just so we could work with Kristin again!
From the moment we started working with Kristin, we would hear her say, “I don’t want you to stress about anything!” This was the energy Kristin brought to every meeting, from our first consultation to the rehearsal the day before the wedding. Wedding planning can be stressful and time-consuming, and it was invaluable to have a cool head on speed dial. Kristin’s process is thorough and methodical, but her vibe is always fun and friendly. She promptly answered all phone calls, texts, and emails with an attention to detail that put us at ease. When the big day arrived, everything truly went off without a hitch, right down to the smallest details. We got married at the Denver Botanic Gardens and greatly appreciated Kristin’s previous experience with such a beautiful but unique venue. Do not hesitate, hire Kristin!

She was so easy to work with—extremely responsive, enthusiastic, and always willing to help with anything and everything throughout the planning process. She was quick to answer questions, hop on calls, or even meet in person when we needed help. She was well organized and came prepared with recommendations and resources that made decision-making and planning so much easier, especially when we got stuck. She helped review vendor contracts and ensure all vendors were prepared with a thorough timeline and outlined responsibilities. We hired Kristin as our month-of coordinator for our 85 person wedding at the Grand Hyatt Vail in July 2025. From the very first phone call, Kristin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating in our interactions with her. She developed an incredibly detailed timeline for our wedding party and vendors, handled a multitude of last minute additions flawlessly, and helped us think of so many little things that improved both ours and our guests' experiences. As a super organized & extremely type A bride, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I thought I had planned thoroughly enough that I wouldn't need one and our venue provided a coordinator who handled logistics on their end. However, I am so glad that we made room in our budget to bring Kristin on board as she was worth every penny we paid her and more. I interviewed 6-8 different day-of coordinators, and what you get in terms of value with Kristin's packages were top notch - many other coordinators wanted to charge us similar prices for meaningfully less support leading up and/or limited hours of coverage day-of or hours that didn't make sense. At the end of the day, someone has to be the person answering the phones from your vendors day of and making sure your catering is on track, and we are so happy we spent the money to take that burden off ourselves or our family. Kristin took care of so many things that none of us would have had time for on the day of that our venue would not do, helped us get back on track timeline wise when we were running late (through no fault of her own), and always seemed like she had the magic ability to be in multiple places at once. Plus, having her handle vendor communication in the last month when we were scrambling to finish everything on our end was invaluable. Kristin also took so many candid videos and photos for us throughout the day which we are so grateful for! We did not have a videographer as it was not a priority, but love having just simple iPhone recordings of our vows, speeches, first dance, and more. She also got some amazing moments from later in the night on the dancefloor after our photographer had left for the evening. Hire Kristin if you are even thinking about it! She was some of the best money we spent the entire weekend, and some of our out of state family even asked for her business card because she was so great.
