Stopped in with a friend visiting from Missouri to shop local. The sales associates were warm and friendly, which we appreciated. We were told Christmas items were 75% off (except for a few specific items), though sale signage was unfound. I picked up several items from the Christmas sale area, including a Breathe People “Holiday Birds” watercolor kit that was displayed with other Christmas merchandise. At checkout, it rang up full price. When I questioned it, the owner said it wasn’t a Christmas item and had been placed there by mistake, despite multiple identical kits being displayed in the same area. Unfortunately, the owner did not apologize or acknowledge how the display could cause confusion. Clear signage or item labeling would have prevented this. My friend was disappointed enough that she chose not to make a purchase. I’m giving this a 2-star review due to how the situation was handled by the owner. The sales associates were friendly and attentive, but the lack of accountability overshadowed the experience. My suggestion to the owner: try to understand the customer’s frustration, offer an apology, walk to the display area with the custom to fully understand the confusion and, lastly, clearly mark sale items with signage or price tags to avoid confusion. Thank you so much!
Freaking love this store! Not only is everything in here stunningly beautiful (the holiday decor in particular is TO DIE FOR), everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly. I look forward to someday purchasing a furniture piece here - but until then, the perfect little knickknacks and gift items will keep me coming back again and again!
Great place to stop if you’re looking for vintage furniture. I love the cute mugs and cups. My sister and I bought some cute jewelry.
I am obsessed with this store! I shop there very frequently as I’m always renovating a house or changing up my decor. The staff there is amazing—so kind, and always very willing to help you find something. I love the unique decor pieces and the great antique furniture they carry that has the option to be painted if it isn’t already. Here is a picture of my most recent furniture purchase from the store—absolutely love it!
