On Sunday, 1/18, I went to B Furniture at NFM and worked with a salesperson named Matthew Seeley. We decided on a kitchen island priced at $599. Matthew rang it up for us, and I explained that our house would not be closing until the end of the month. He told me he could hold the island for 14 days since it was a clearance item, which I agreed to. We continued communicating by phone and email, and I made it very clear how much I wanted that island. Then today, 1/20, I received an email from him saying the island had been sold to another customer. His message said, “I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred on our end.” What “our end”? There was no miscommunication on my part. He then suggested there was another island available by the end of the month, but the price would be $1,199.99, discounted to $1,089.99. That is almost double what we originally agreed on. I was never given any notice or warning that the original island was going to be sold to someone else. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. This situation feels unprofessional and careless. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping here, and I strongly advise against working with this salesperson.
CJ was very helpful and quick. At the loading area my first 4 items came quickly. My 5th item I waited 45 minutes for.
Korissa was amazing! Very easy to talk to, not at all pushy listened well to what we wanted and showed us patiently everything available and knowledgeable about every piece of furniture and mattress we asked about.
Came to buy a rug for our kids room and ended up buying 3. I want to thank Justice for his genuine salesmanship. Not pushy at all and that’s my kind of sales. To top that off, we walked through the whole store and not a single sales person greeted us. Justice, was the only person to greet us and ask if we needed any assistance. Thank you, Justice!
I had an amazing experience at this furniture store. The showroom was clean, organized, and full of beautiful pieces that were actually in style not outdated like a lot of other places. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and never pushy. Maggie & Alexis helped me compare materials, sizing, and colors so I could find the perfect fit for my space. Delivery was fast, the furniture arrived in perfect condition, they literally bring it into your home! The quality is even better in person. Highly recommend if you want great service and high-quality pieces.
