I recently had an incredible experience with Freeway Insurance, and I cannot recommend them enough! Dealing with insurance for three different vehicles can be a total headache, but they made the entire process absolutely seamless. The agent I worked with was exceptional—she truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did she secure a great new policy for all three of my cars, but she also handled the cancellation of my previous insurance for me, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. What really set this experience apart was her personality. She was incredibly friendly and so funny that she actually made a normally stressful task enjoyable. She worked hard to make sure I felt comfortable with my coverage and understood everything clearly. If you want an agent who is professional, hilarious, and willing to go the extra mile, look no further! I would tell you her name but it’s tooo long so just ask for Yessy👍🏽 Thank you girly, YOU ROCK!

Amazing customer service by Alex!! I've been looking around to get car insurance and I was able to receive great quotes by him. You can tell he really takes pride in his job and making customers feel comfortable and welcome! If you ever need help I suggest going with Alex
Alex is absolutely the best! He was able to ask all my questions and helped me find the best price. All my frustration ended when I was with Alex, he was very patient even though I may have been a little irritated from calling and submitting qoutes for other insurances online all day.
