I recently visited this jewelry store and had such a good experience that I felt I had to write a review. I ended up buying a beautiful gold necklace, and I’m really happy with it—it looks even better in person than it did in the display. I was helped by someone named Dewi, and she was honestly amazing. She’s very pretty, but more importantly, she was so helpful and patient. I took a long time deciding what I wanted, and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She kept bringing out different options, explaining the details, and even let me try things on multiple times until I was sure. She smiled the whole time and answered all my questions, even the small ones. The store has a really nice variety of jewelry—necklaces, rings, bracelets, and more. The designs are all so pretty that it actually made it harder to choose! They have both simple, elegant pieces and more detailed, eye-catching ones, so there’s something for every style and budget. The place itself feels clean, organized, and welcoming, not intimidating like some jewelry stores. Prices felt reasonable for the quality, and they didn’t pressure me to buy anything more expensive. Dewi just focused on what I liked and what suited me best. Overall, I left feeling satisfied, not just with my new gold necklace, but with the whole experience. I definitely recommend this store, especially if you want someone patient and kind to help you—ask for Dewi!
Long story short my girl ordered me a chain from them.it was a lil to short.so we wanted to return it &get a longer chain.so we told them we would pay the difference on the length.yeah they slick ppl.on top of charging us 200 hundred more bucks over what it cost.said it wasnt them who took them money.so a few days later they tried to charge 11,000 out of her bank.i guess cause they got away with the two hundred that they would try a bigger transaction.nope!!! So be aware of this place the lady lies about things.be careful peeps when dealing with these type ppl.
This store is fantastic. Mirna is the best!! She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and only wants to sell you the best for your situation, not trying to upsell you something that will cost you more. I can tell that she is the “ real deal “ and not a person who just wants to make a sale. Absolutely love her and will most definitely buy from her again. I'd really like to give them zero but it's not an option. Here's my story so I bought two separate chains one for me and one for my wife from frost NYC. The chains come with lifetime warranty maintenance and whatever else. My wife's chain broke a while back and mine broke more recently I got around to sending them back to be repaired around mid-march. The say the maintenance and stuff is free but I still had to pay them $40 for them to send my stuff back then I had to pay another $100 to ship it to them. Now my wife's chain was broken at the clasp and mine chain was broken with one link broken. Her chain weighed 7 g and my chain weighed 21 grams. Her chain was 20 inches long and mine was 28 inches long. Anyways I called them several weeks in a row and each week they assured me the chains would be going out for delivery that friday. Fast forward 3 weeks later the following Monday they said my chain would be getting sent out but they needed to confirm my address. I had moved since I initially bought the chains back in 2021 and I updated my address when I placed the repair order but apparently nobody saved in it. No big deal I called them gave him my updated address again and they sent the chains out. I received the chains a couple days later I think it was a Wednesday I was excited to get them as soon as FedEx dropped off the packages and I signed for them I opened up the package and threw my chain over my head like I had done so many times before. Except this time the chain did not go over my head so easily so I immediately knew something was wrong. I wasn't 100% sure of my length of chain so I checked my order and I had ordered a 28 inch long chain. I knew I had already weighed it 21 grams because times I got rough at one point and I contemplated selling it. So first thing I did was take out my scale and weigh it and now weighed 20 g instead of 21 grams. Then i took out my tape measure and measured it it was 26 and 7/8 in Long. Not 28. I immediately called Frostnyc and spoke with the people and the woman said she would file a report she needed me to send photos to an email address. When I began writing my email I mentioned that I had just sent out two chains and that got me thinking I never even checked my wife's chain. You can guess where this is going. So I checked my wife's chain and it's no longer 20 inches long it was 19 inches long and instead of weighing 7 g it weighs 6.5. there was no reason for the chain link to be shortened so the only conclusion is that they have thieves working there. After sending them the pictures to the email and the lady confirmed that she would send in the report and someone will call me back. Well no one called me back and I called again and again and the last time I spoke to someone they said no one would be around to the following Wednesday because of the jewish holiday. Like I said only the clasp on my wife's chain was broken and my chain only had one broken link there is no reason why our chains were sent back to us inches short. Someone down there is stealing an inch of chain at a time. Today I did speak with a woman and they are sending me a box out to resend my chains back but after the experience I've had i have my concerns .I will never do business with them again and I encourage others to do the same. I was lied to about when repairs would be finished and sent out. I was lied to about receiving call backs or emails. I was lied to about my chains going through a quality control check. And I'm still not been given any reason why my chains would be shortened. This is absolutely no way to do business and I won't be sending my chains back there ever again after this. I'm sending my chains back down there to be extended to the original length when that should not even be an issue. Had I not checked my chains previously and after the arrival I would have never known any of this. I share the story so my fellow consumers can make an informed decision. Update!! Got my chains back they're both still .3 of a gram short. Smh. Don't do business with this pIace. I repeat don't do it.
