The park itself is absolutely amazing. I genuinely enjoyed my time here the attractions were fun, the environment was great, and the food was surprisingly really good. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an interaction with the general manager, Shannon. She was rude and dismissive, and told me there wasn’t an issue she could help resolve. Shortly after, another manager stepped in and was able to fix the exact problem with no issue at all. The contrast in professionalism was very noticeable. I was made to feel dismissed and disrespected, seemingly based on the assumption that I appeared younger than I actually am. That kind of treatment is unacceptable and took away from what was otherwise a great experience. I believe feedback like this is important so management can address how guests are treated moving forward.
It was great! Highly recommend this place for anyone with a family especially one with small kids to just run around and make great memories with.
Took The Kids For My Daughters Birthday and We Had A Blast! From The Glow In The Dark Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, Laser Tag & Our Favorite, The Indoor Go Carts, I Would Definitely Recommend This Place!
My kids always enjoy their time at Galaxy Fun Park. From the trampolines to the arcade games, the speedway and spin zone, they love it all. Some activities they are still a bit more hesitant to do, but I can't wait for them to want to try one day. Prices are decent, and we definitely get our money's worth with all the activities they offer. Can't wait to come back for more play fun !!
We love making a trip to Galaxy fun park once in a way! We’ve been here many many times! It’s great for bad weather days because it’s all indoors. The prices are pretty reasonable, especially if you pay by activity. There’s bumper cars, a ropes course, go karts, laser tag, trampolines and many other attractions. Of course, there are a bunch of arcades! Overall, it’s a good time for kids. They also have food in the venue so that’s convenient. The crowd is also not very crazy on most Sundays, so it’s nice not to have to stand in line. Lots of convenient parking and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. It’s conveniently located, right off 540.
