This is one of the great finds in SF if you love treasure, stories, and a wonderful owner. Just a fantastic place to shop. Have bought many cool things here.
One of my favorite antique shops in San Francisco and a recognized legacy business. They have a wide selection of all kinds of memorabilia and they specialize in rare figurines. What's also great here is their photo restoration business. Phyllis the owner is an expert and every time we brought old photos to be retouched we've been very happy with the results. Prices are extremely reasonable too!! It's always a great experience coming here!
I love the store. It has so many different things I could spend hours just looking around and I love the owner Phyllis. She’s very kind and helpful and friendly and makes you feel welcome. It’s totally worth taking a trip and checking out the store. Just make sure you check the hours
I absolutely love this store. There is truly magic there✨ Gaslight and Shadows is the heart of the Outer Richmond. Phyllis is a living legend and a great source of inspiration as a human. The prices are fair, merchandise is always added and changing. Anyone can feel the energy of the beauty and history that Gas Light and Shadow embodies once they walk in. Truly a treasure filled with treasures!!! There is something in there for everyone!!!!
Was excited to visit this place. I adore all kinds of Asian jars and vases. Found one I really like. Got this treasure for only $25. Will definitely return. Just one thing: call before visiting. Because there was a notice on the front door about appointments required.
