We had the most amazing experience working with Luis. He curated a custom-designed engagement ring for my husband, and it turned out absolutely perfect (even better than I could have ever imagined). When it came time to choose our wedding bands, of course we chose to have gemstone WA be part of the special occasion. Luis guided us through every step with the same care and expertise. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. He really listened to what we wanted, offered great advice, and helped us choose something beautiful and within our budget. We’re so grateful for his skill, patience, and professionalism. Cannot recommend Luis, his shop and his expertise more. He guided me through the process of creating a custom pendant for my partner. Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were so patient and helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect piece. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding with every detail beautifully crafted. What I appreciated most is that they truly care about finding what suits you best rather than just selling. From the very first day to most recently picking up our wedding bands, Luis and Daniela's service has been impeccable and nothing short of amazing. Luis has a wealth of knowledge and generously shared this with us when designing my fiancé's saphire ring. He also catered to our budget, had excellent communication and the end product was exactly what we wanted. I cannot thank Luis and Daniela enough for the meaningful impact they have on our love story - having made our engagement rings and wedding rings.
