Brought my vintage rolex gmt master in that was in need of repairs after 2 other shops couldn't figure it out. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got my watch back in a reasonable time and its been working great since! Highly recommend Gemtime in scottsdale!!

I had three watches repaired here today, and John was a tremendous help. While I waited, I noticed several other customers who clearly seemed like regulars—one even told me this family-owned business is the best at what they do. I completely agree! My wedding ring was in need of repair and update. I just left from picking it up and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! The jeweler kept the integrity of my original design but enhanced where it needed to be.
