This was our first time using Grable Plumbing, and we had a great experience. They installed a new hot water heater at our Tampa home. Mike was the plumber who handled the job, and he was very personable and professional. He arrived when he said he would, which we really appreciated. Mike was neat and organized throughout the installation. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered our questions clearly. His communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely use Grable Plumbing again and recommend them to others.
Extremely poor communication and follow-through. Grable Plumbing & Air quoted and scheduled a job to replace a PVC water line at our community dock. After approving the quote, the technician arrived and then realized he needed a jon boat or floating platform. We were told they’d reschedule. Weeks turned into months with little to no communication. Each time we followed up, we were given vague assurances that the job would still be done. Eventually, after multiple calls and no returned messages, a manager told us Grable “does not do this type of work” and would not proceed — with no empathy and no accountability. This was after Grable had: -Quoted the work -Scheduled the job -Provided insurance documentation -Sent us an invoice Backing out months later caused delays and inconvenience for multiple dock owners who had other projects dependent on this work. If your project involves anything even slightly outside a standard residential job, confirm capabilities in writing before moving forward.
I had a leak between my garage and the wall of the house. It was extremely difficult to locate. Grable Plumbing worked until they found it. This company is highly recommended! And the Owner is excellent in making sure the customer Is greatly satisfied!
Patrick was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and explain everything. He did a fantastic job. We’ve used Grable in the past and would recommend them to anyone.
