Just got my first tattoo at Grand Ave Tattoo and the experience was 10/10. Huge thanks to Luigi for working with me and hooking me up with my first tat he did not disappoint. Beautiful work and super professional, friendly, and overall such good vibes and comfortable environment working with him. Definitely will be returning here soon for more tattoos in the future!
Grand Avenue Tattoo & Piercings is hands-down one of the best tattoo shops I’ve visited, the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and safe. The artists are skilled and listened carefully to what I wanted, doing a clean, detailed job on my tattoo (and even helping me with after-care instructions). The environment was professional and hygienic, which made me feel comfortable throughout. Whether you just want a small flash tattoo or something more complex, this shop nails it. Highly recommend it if you’re in Phoenix and looking for quality ink or a piercing.
Very clean well organized tattoo shop with very highly rated artist! Came in to watch my son get his first tattoo and the whole family ended getting some form of art. I had DJ tattoo my arm and I was very impressed with his performance and talent. All the artist that we meet were extremely helpful and nice. Thank you very much for a great experience! 👊🏼
Elsie is very sweet and talented. She did a custom piece for me that I love. She is very accommodating, checking in for breaks and making sure that every detail is perfect. I also got a lip piercing by Mari and she was also very kind. I appreciated her explaining what she was doing and why and she was very thorough with explaining aftercare and what to expect. The shop is very clean and covered in beautiful artwork. This is a great shop.
Spent the last two days getting my arm done with @young_sely. It was a piece for my dog and will give me something to remember him by long after he is gone. Took 2 sessions and a total of 13 hours and it came out incredible. I couldn’t be happier. He was an awesome guy to talk to, super laid back and knowledgeable. He has an incredible talent and passion for his art, and loads of experience. He’s been traveling all over the US to conventions doing tattoo’s and is on his grind. During my sessions i was there all day and getting the most elaborate work done in the shop those days and it was very cool to see all the artists walk up and appreciate the work this man was putting in. Truly a stunning piece and an awesome environment within the studio which is filled with people who share the same passion. I’ll definitely be coming to Sely for future work, and i can’t give him enough praise. Check out his instagram and his work will speak for itself.
