Mr. Le came right on time and replaced GFCI outlet and also old electric case with new LED case. He is very polite and even offer to get light bulb and will install it. He has a home page that shows what he charges for each service. Excellent service. I will use him again for another electric service in future.
I had such a great experience working with Johny this morning! I reached out to him about an electrical project on my lanai, replacing the switch that controls my water heater and dryer so that it switches both legs properly, and he was way more responsive than I expected. He replied right away, scheduled quickly, and even arrived a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, Johny was professional, friendly, and respectful of my space. He took care moving around my apartment and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he finished. The job itself went smoothly, and he did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. His pricing was very reasonable and transparent, and I felt confident that everything was done correctly and safely. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. I super appreciated how open Johny was to answering my questions about a few other electrical projects I’ve been thinking about. He never made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. He gave me really thoughtful and helpful feedback about what was possible, what might not be safe, and how involved certain projects would likely be. That kind of honesty and expertise was so appreciated and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Johny again for future work or to recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable electrician. Truly a five-star experience all around!
I was very happy with this company (and Johny) on all aspects of coordinating and replacing a light fixture the my master bathroom in my apartment. Things that made this so much better than my previous experiences with local electricians: - instead of having to play phone tag, they were super responsive to emails, respecting our mutual schedules, and they were very flexible in scheduling the work with us. - Johny arrived and called about ten minutes ahead of our scheduled service time! - They provided an accurate cost estimate in the initial email, so I could coordinate with my landlord. - Very polite at all times, got right to work, inspected and tested the wiring, finished everything quickly, operationally tested it with me, and then even cleaned up the floor after! - I realize that others may have different views on this last part, but I greatly appreciated their payment process. Instead of the sometimes awkward cash exchange for a scribbled paper receipt, Johny said the invoice would come in email, and it did within a few minutes of his departure. Then super easy to pay by credit card online, with downloadable detailed invoice and receipt (helps with the reimbursement from the landlord)! Grand Hawaii Electric (Johny) will definitely be who I go to for things like this in the future.
My electrician for life. No job is too big or too small. Johny takes pride in his work and has a good attitude. He arrives on time and gets the job done.
Johny was incredibly professional and went above and beyond. I was having a new washer/dryer installed in my newly purchased condo and discovered a major issue. Johny got me scheduled fast and even moved up the appointment. Estimate was given up front and matched what was done. He tested the outlets in front of me so I could see the voltage was correct.
