I went for an estimate and they were definitely friendly and kind the only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because of their prices out of pocket . My estimate was for 2 rust spots to get fixed which were not big at all , one about 5” and the other like 2” and that’s it and they quoted me $1,500 for that which was ridiculous. Went to another shop they put new metal sheet on the 5” removing the rust completely fixed the small one. And it cost $600 ! Left it brand new. Mind you handcraft was charging 1,500 just fix rust while I paid 1,800 to paint my whole truck like new. They are probably a good shop to go to ONLY IF GOING THROUGH INSURANCE . Out of pocket forget about it. Life is too expensive out here for a shop to rip you off and pocket so much extra money just to make the money.

They worked directly with our insurance companies and made the whole process completely stress-free. The quality of their work is outstanding—they completely removed every dent and scratch, and the paint job is flawless, like the car is brand new. When I picked it up, the car was spotless inside and out, shining as if it just came from the showroom. The shop itself is incredibly clean and organized, and the workers are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and treated me like family. I am so happy I chose Handcraft Auto Body. My friends and family also bring their cars here because the service is fast, honest, and simply the best. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants top-quality work and a smooth, worry-free experience.

Dropped off my car and only took a week and a half. Great customer service amazing people. I didn’t even have to go anywhere else I came out with a rental car from there shop. I would highly recommend this shop.
This review is long overdue. My airbag was stolen, and to top it off.I was hit rear-ended nearly 2 days apart. I know, just luck, right ? But I remember ab old friend of mine who works in a bodyshop .She was the receptionist there named Maria and she told their like All-state and that I'm in good hands. The pictures speak volumes .I can't be more satisfied with their work.
