We had an amazing experience at Happy Jewelers in Fullerton, and Jayson Narshall made the entire engagement ring process truly special. The store does get busy, but once you're paired with a sales associate, you can avoid long wait times. We never had any issues walking in to meet Jayson at pre-arranged appointments. We'd heard weekends can have lines, so we planned accordingly and the process was always smooth and easy. Jayson was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. We were on a tight timeline and he went above and beyond--coming in on unscheduled days to accommodate us and following up diligently without ever being pushy. He genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring. One especially kind moment: Jayson noticed a family ring I was wearing and offered to clean it, and it hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. It meant so much to me. We visited several times while exploring center stones and met both owners along the way--everyone at Happy Jewelers, including the security team out front, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. After shopping everywhere from big-name stores to smaller jewelers, Happy Jewelers stood out for their selection, transparency, and overall experience. The process was seamless and included warranty, cleanings, appraisal, and GIA certification. Jayson was genuinely excited for us and even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate. When they learned my fiancé is a 22-year active U.S. Coast Guard Chief, they even offered a military discount, which we truly appreciated. We're Happy Jewelers customers for life and can't wait to return for our wedding bands and future service. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at Happy Jewelers! Lina and Sabrina were incredible — knowledgeable , patient, and helpful with their recommendations. They made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The service was quick, efficient, and I left feeling really taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and ordering more jewelry from here again!
J Jay is the best. We talked for over a year about tennis bracelets and what size I need. He sent me multiple videos over the year. I ordered a natural diamond tennis bracelet and it came perfectly. It shipped within 18 hours and came right to my house. Communication was fast he never got annoyed with me over the year of trying to decide What I should buy. Unlike most Jewelers that get annoyed with you. Thank you.
Awesome experience! We came in to have 3 watch batteries replaced , for a very reasonablwe $15 each. We ended up leaving with a new Breiitling watch, and a set of earrings!! The owers Gabe and Danny are onsite, front of store making sure every customer is taken care by the huge sales staff. Our salesperson Brad was super friendly, not pressuring and was showing anything we wanted to see. They have anything from watches that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, Richard Mille, Patek, Rolex, Tudor etc, to diamond settings, rings expensive and inexpensive. I got a great deal and saved hundreds on my watch. They even fixed my wife's wedding ring for free! We will be bringing back more jewelry for repairs as this is a safe, reliable, family run business. The are also famous for dealing with celebrities and social media famous yet they treat the average customer, "joe six pack" like he is worth millions just as they would a real millionaire. we were so impressed and highly recommend Happy Jewelers!
Happy Jewelers is truly the best! From the very beginning, Sean guided us through creating a custom engagement ring and made the entire process seamless and exciting. The customer service was excellent—every detail was handled with care and professionalism. I can’t stop raving about this place to my friends and family, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality jewelry. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands!
