Come into this Leeds store every time i visit Leeds. The staff are so welcoming & very good at what they do. Carol is especially helpful, and not sure what the lady's name is on Joseph( from Italy) but she is really good and showed me all the new range that had arrived in stock. Ended up buying a dress which probably wouldn't have been the case if she hadn't served me. Keep up the good work Leeds store 🥰
Exceptional customer service from Caroline on Skin Design London, Caroline was really passionate about the products which naturally gave me confidence to buy and she was super accommodating. Shadi on the Hourglass was really helpful on my search for the right makeup fit and did me a mini make over which I loved. They both couldn’t do enough and really created a pleasurable shopping experience. Much better than purchasing online. A reminder of how important human interaction is. My daughter booked a table to celebrate my birthday and I can honestly say the service we received from Ashley (Assistant Manager) was exceptional. He was professional, attentive and friendly which is exactly the right combination of attributes to have when working with the public. Wonderful food, 3 course meal with a cocktail for £35.00 and the staff were friendly and professional.
The food here is really good and the set menu for £35 is well worth it. The staff are friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. If you get the chance to eat or drink outside on a sunny day, it's worth it
