While all of our technicians were good John by far was exceptional. He checked our unit and explained what we needed and took care of it. Very courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

It was time for my heating system to have the fall winter maintenance, and Joseph showed up right on time. He thoroughly checked the system, when I told him oh I forgot there is a valve in the water heater that I shut off for the summer due to the closet where the heater unit gets very warm. He was wondering what was going wrong with his equipment. It was me I totally forgot about it. Thank goodness your company is reliable and honest and Joseph knows his stuff. Such a friendly man and very knowledgeable. The blower capacity thingy, was below the level it should have been. Joseph said he could go a little longer, but I asked if he had the needed part in his van and he did. He changed it out swiftly and correctly and was on his way. I was glad that he suggested that so I would not have to pay an extra fee to come back later and who knows when the part would have failed and what would I be doing. You having a wonderful employee in Joseph, thank you very much. I'm a senior citizen visual disabilities, and I appreciate how Joseph explained everything to me so I can understand it. This is a great company and I would recommend it to all. I'm on a yearly maintenance for my heating and cooling and look forward to seeing you in the Spring. Lauren Briggs
