Johanna is my favorite, really the best. Super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and makes everything as comfortable and painless as possible. She explains every step and has great conversation. I trust her completely for waxing and laser.
Precious is such a sweet person! She made me feel very comfortable and was always making sure I was okay throughout the entire process. Definitely found my permanent esthetician!
Precious did an amazing job on my legs and bikini line. I’ve never done sugaring before but she explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable. It hurt less than waxing. She is also fun to talk to. I will definitely be coming back here and booking with her!
Allura always has me looking forward to my sugar appointments every month! Every time I come to hello sugar, she makes me feel comfortable and safe when she does my Brazilians- and you definitely need that type of support for your first time!!! She is one of the best technicians because you can tell she is genuinely passionate about boasting women’s confidence in their body and she is ALWAYS detail oriented when it comes to waxing and sugaring that she will never leave you with imperfections- seriously! Honestly, if I hadn’t had Allura as my technician, I don’t think I’d feel as motivated as I do to go in for waxes every month with hello sugar. She is just a joy to talk to every time that it takes away the awkwardness and insecurities that creep up from getting Brazilians. To any potential clients, I hope you get someone as awesome as Allura who is very passionate about boasting women’s confidence in their bodies!
I had such a great experience with Precious Saturday! I could tell she was passionate about her work and truly puts the customer first. She really turned my day around after the horrendous incident I had earlier that day with Sydni at the Charleston location. First time and last time at that location. How do you run out of wax at a salon that primarily offers waxing services? Why not reschedule instead of wasting clients time. Thank you again Precious for your professionalism.
