5-Star Review: Excellent Team Work at Hollywood-Crawford Door Co. – Shoutout to James, L.J., and Mona We recently had Hollywood-Crawford upgrade our 16x7 garage door with a double torsion spring conversion, bottom retainer, weatherseal, and a new LiftMaster 84505R opener. The transformation is incredible….the door is now whisper-quiet, barely noticeable when opening or closing, which has been a game-changer for our household, especially tonight for a peaceful sleep. A special shoutout to Technician James Duke, who handled the job with remarkable composure and dedication. Despite facing some unexpected challenges during the multi-visit process, James never wavered in his commitment to getting everything just right. He approached each step with passion and precision, always showing respect for us as customers and ensuring we were informed along the way. As a young professional building his career, James’s enthusiasm for his work truly stands out….he’s the kind of person who elevates the entire experience. Great service. I called for repairs and service was provided same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job. New spring and rollers installed. Price seemed a bit high for such a quick repair.

Both Mike and Matthew arrived at the scheduled time. Both of these young men were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain in detail what the mechanical issues were with my garage doors and what my options were as well. They completed the garage door maintenance in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and once again they fully explained in detail everything they had completed. Michael and Matt helped to replace our old garage doors and install these incredible new garage doors. They replaced the entire old set of hardware, really took attention to detail, and left me with an amazing product. Michael and Matt were both very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going through Hollywood-Crawford to replace or upgrade your garage doors!!!

I had my double car garage door replaced by Hollywood Crawford and the installation was an amazing experience. Rey and his partner did an excellent workmanship on the installation and took the time to assist me with the programming. Jonathan from the sales team provided excellent customer service and support.
