Amazing bright, energetic studios, clean facilities, wonderful and caring instructors, awesome locker rooms, nice mats and water bottles for purchase, and beautiful setting to practice hot yoga.
After 8 years of attending this yoga studio and building a community, this past week the owner called the men that goes to Sculpt on Mondays that we are being toxic masculinity because we encourage and support each other. If men are going to yoga, and supporting each other that is called camaraderie not toxic masculinity. This yoga studio is for women and more exactly white women.
Love the yoga, the heat, the sweat. Studio clean and comfortable. Instructors excellent. Good vibe. Welcoming and fun community and always feel soooo amazing after a class!
We LOVE Hot Yoga Milwaukee! The best teachers, most welcoming community, clean and fabulous facilities - everyone should go! The world would be a better place! I’ve been practicing there for many years and now my 10 year comes too and even he loves it! Just go - we promise you will feel great!
Absolutely best hot yoga studio in Milwaukee area. I’ve been hooked since I started 2 years ago. They have classes from beginner to advanced. The vibe is great in both studios. Friendly people of all ages and backgrounds who love yoga. I have lost weight and gained much better mental health. They invest heavily in the studio. It’s clean and every teacher is 1st rate. I love that they always have a class going on at either Brookfield or Milwaukee. Go here if you want the best yoga experience in the area.
