Coming up on my 3 anniversary of being a member at this location. Clean, convenient, friendly owners, sweetest staff, cutest merch….. and you always leave feeling so good from your workout. The positive environment from the staff & other members is amazing!
The showers are nice and stay warm for about 40 min! The bathrooms are clean, they have essential oil air fresheners in the saunas too! It's a really nice studio :) also a great location, lots of food nearby and gas stations.

The saunas and workout equipment are always clean and operational. This is not an easy task when members are working out in a sauna that can get up to 130 degrees. HOTWORX is amazing! The South Arlington location is even more awesome due to the owners and the staff. All the staff is so helpful and makes sure it stays nice and clean, but Mackenzie T. has always been the most helpful to me. Sometimes I have a lot of questions or I talk a lot and she always is so helpful and smiles through it all. Appreciate her and what everyone does up there! Customer service and cleanliness are definitely priorities there.
Always clean and the staff always speak to me! They make me feel welcomed here and inform me about different events and things they have going on each month! I love this place and the workouts are easy to follow! Perfect for people on the go looking for a quick and effective workout!
