One word to describe Hype: VIBES! This is the place you want to be if you want to transport to a new work out world! I've only attended around 30 classes, but every spin class is full of high energy. There is a lot of hooting, a lot of hollering and a lot of encouragement. I cannot say I am a strong or confident rider, but I always want to keep pushing myself and trying more. The floor classes are one of a kind. The Pilates class will have you push yourself, and leave you sore the next day! The front desk girls are so friendly and make you feel good when you walk in. The trainers are SO beyond friendly and personable. It's worth a try if it's something you have thought about doing. Also, the best part is the end of your workout, you are given a chilled eucalyptus/hemp seed oil towel to cool off with!
Hype has been a place that I found myself inspired to be the best version of me! The instructors are so helpful and always willing to push us to do better. The enthusiasm and love they have for teaching is infectious in the classes. The hype and support from everyone in the class pushes me to do better. I don’t feel judged or like I’m not capable of doing anything. The classes are fun but hard to give you the perfect balance. Everyday I go is therapy for me and the time I need to focus on me. Thankful for the space!
I started at Hype Fitness taking only spin classes, and I honestly thought that was all I’d ever do because my friend was the instructor of that class. once I got comfortable here, I began trying different instructors and class styles—and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every single one. Each class brings its own energy, and every instructor has their own way of motivating you without ever making you feel out of place. This gym has taught me so much—from proper form and technique to pushing past mental barriers I didn’t even know I had. The environment is supportive, the workouts are challenging in the best way, and the community keeps you coming back. If you’re looking for a fitness studio that’s clean, welcoming, and full of variety, Hype Fitness is it. Whether you’re new or experienced, there’s a class (and an instructor) that will push you, teach you, and make you actually look forward to working out. Highly recommend!
I had my first class today with Rachael- from start to finish it was an amazing experience. I am very timid going to new studios (places in general) - changing my regular gym routine but I came across Hype on google and forced myself to go (best decision). The second I walked in they knew my name and were ready to show me around. Rachael spent time with me going over the shoes / what to expect .. she truly made my first spin class an amazing one. I didn’t know if this was something I wanted to pursue long term but I am buying a membership and my bestfriend will be joining when he is back in town. THAT is how great of an experience they provided me with. Every detail is thought of down to the cold towels with essential oils at the end of the class- it’s worth every penny. If you are looking for a judgement free, fully loaded studio I couldn’t recommend this one more. I am so excited to come back and make this my new routine. Thank you Rachael and all of the staff that made my day today- you make a huge impact!
Hype is an excellent community for women who are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space to work out and feel good. The group classes are well structured and planned out. The instructors here are super talented and kind and empathetic yet motivating you to do your best. I have taken classes with Stefanie, Jamie, Gabby and Michela who are extremely talented but I know the other instructors that I am still to enjoy the classes with are phenomenal as well just because the love that floats around for them is visible. The classes range from spin, yoga, Trampoline, Pilates, strength training and there is something for everyone. This place offers a community of motivated females who are up and about way early in the morning and have gotten their work out while the world is snoozing their alarms still. All of the staff here put their heart and soul to keep the place clean, smooth, comfortable, cozy and oh yes this place smells so good. My only regret about this place is why didn’t I join early. Their app is super convenient and intuitive to use. Highly recommend this place.
