I’ve been going to Impact Physical Therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck and referred pain down my shoulder blade. From the moment I walked in I felt at home and very comfortable, and welcomed by the entire staff. My physical therapist is Dr. Cassidy who has brought me out of the horrific pain I had been enduring. She is exceptional and I’ll always be full of gratitude for her excellence and caring. I’m feeling on the of the world again!

Over the past nine months, I have received excellent physical therapy care from Dr. Cassidy Ellinski in the North Scottsdale office. As I recovered, Dr. Cassidy changed up our exercises and therapy treatments regularly as I improved (or took a step back) as needed to meet my pain, mobility, and flexibility issues. She also provided suggestions on what exercises to focus on at home. At Impact, patients are never passed off to an assistant. Patients receive the full 50 minutes with their therapist, and that is very important to me as a patient. Dr. Cassidy’s genuine care, emotional support, and sense of humor through my treatment journey contributed to my progress beyond what might have been expected after my knee surgeries. When your therapist cares as much as you do about your recovery, you know you are in good hands! Even Impact’s Physical Therapy owner, Dr. Tammy Hefferon, has been familiar with my case and provided additional guidance to us along the way. For these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cassidy and Impact to anyone seeking a physical therapist. Scottsdale manager Dr. Miki and therapists, Dr. Graham and Dr. Rachel, are also excellent therapists and all-around good human beings. I would recommend treatment from any one of them. Before they left to establish the new Paradise Valley office, I observed Dr. Tina and Dr. Leah for months, and I can vouch for their therapeutic knowledge, skill, and patient-centered focus as well. A general strength of Impact is the focus on professional education and the friendly, collaborative atmosphere among therapists, and I remain impressed by this because it shows in their work and adds to the positive atmosphere. Finally, I must give a shout out to the incredible Impact office personnel team led by Nicole and Laura. If they say they will call you back, they do. If they say they will email your superbill, you will typically find it in your email by the end of the day. If they tell you they will try to find an extra appointment or help with a schedule change, they will. I am grateful to Dr. Cassidy and the entire North Scottsdale office, and when I need a future follow-up or a different type of therapy in the future, I will return to Impact.
Impact Physical Therapy in Scottsdale is always my first choice. After a hamstring injury a few years ago and a rotator cuff surgery more recently, Dr. Miki, Dr. Graham and Dr. Rachel helped me rehabilitate and return to all my favorite activities. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful with scheduling and insurance. If you need physical therapy, this is the clinic! Knowledgeable docs, great environment and friendly staff!
I’ve been going to Impact Therapy for a while now and can honestly say it’s made a huge difference. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping you recover and move better. They’ve helped me work through a variety of nagging issues and always tailor each session to what my body needs that day.
