We had Integrity come to resolve a drainage issue with a very, very soggy backyard area in our new home. We suspected an underground spring as it was not near downspout or sump pump drains. The entire experience with Integrity from initial consult to finished project was very positive. The team that did the work were very polite, hard working, protected the yard from machinery damage by laying boards down, and did a thorough clean up before leaving. They installed a french drain system where the concept design was presented to us beforehand. On the day of work they discovered a source of flowing water and added a second outlet pipe below the french drain system to drain the constant water flow spot out to the edge of the yard. We appreciated the work team lead's communication during the project with the engineer to adjust the initial concept design by adding a second outtake pipe to better manage the drainage issue. We would highly recommend Integrity to others.
This company is just about my favorite! They truly deliver what they say. Martin is consummate professional! He knows exactly what he’s doing. They took a yard of dirt and make it my outdoor room. His crew is the best. He has his own people and they are a most valuable asset to the company! I’m a picky person! But, this could far exceeded my expectations! I hired Integrity Landscape Services to install a retaining wall and drainage system to manage runoff between properties, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation, they were professional, thorough, and really listened to my objectives. Their proposal was detailed and clearly laid out — the price felt fair and appropriate for the amount of work involved, with no sense of price gouging. They were also incredibly helpful navigating the City of Milwaukee permit process, even obtaining their own contractor license and permit to ensure the work met all city codes. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, timely, and transparent about scheduling. The crew was fantastic: professional, efficient, and meticulous. They completed the project in two days and left the site in spotless condition. The new retaining wall looks great and, more importantly, is performing exactly as intended — redirecting water flow and protecting my garage and property. I would absolutely work with Integrity Landscape again and recommend them to anyone dealing with grading, drainage, or runoff issues.
Just finished up a second project for us, an egress retaining wall. The first was a sizable backyard hardscape renovation that we love. So, couldn’t think of a better company to do our next project. We hired Integrity to re-do our backyard with two paver-patio areas and planting beds along fence lines. The project included removing concrete, tree roots, and areas of grass. From our first interaction with Steve to design and price our project, to Katie and Lindsay in the office, through the very last person to clean the worksite, we were constantly impressed by the skill, professionalism, helpfulness, and talent of Integrity's team. Steve worked with us to take our design and match it with the perfect materials. He listened to us every step of the way and responded to all of our "what if we changed this?" questions with patience and accurate estimates that guided us. Their transparent, itemized estimating kept the project on the budget that they quoted. The crew were amazing, working thoughtfully and tirelessly each day. The beautiful curves of the patio highlight the craftsmanship of their team. Anton's leadership and consistent commitment to quality made this project a success. We waited to post a review to see how things would look after a few months. The yard was beautiful through the summer, and we have not had any issues at all.
