Thorough and professional home inspection. Inspector showed up early and was very communicative throughout the process. Received complete inspection report quickly. Additional benefit of using this company is that they handle utility transfers for their home inspection clients at no additional cost.
Integrity Pest and Termite did a wonderful job. I am buying my first house and did my inspection with this base off a friend’s recommendation and it was worth it. They were so detailed in the report and their recommendations to me. The inspector even spoke to me the next day to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what my inspection report meant. My relator even said that it has been a while since they saw an inspection report with so much detail and information. Integrity’s report really helped me make an informed decision about the house and made sure I knew what to consider when looking at homes and helped me get the appropriate seller’s credit needed for what was found in the report. Always do your own inspection on a property with someone you are hiring, and always call Integrity to do it for you. I am so grateful my friend recommended them to me!
One of the most thorough inspection reports I have seen in a long time. This helped us find problems before they became our problems. Very courteous on the phone and in person. Great customer service I would recommend having them inspect your home before purchasing so you know what you're getting into.
IPC has managed our facilities for a couple years now. IPC does a great job of cross training their employees as they always come well prepared for the service. Their technicians are always respectful and seem to enjoy their job. We definitely trust them in our facilities, and they follow and abide by our rules while providing excellent service.
Alex and Patricia have always been so professional, knowledgable, prompt, and caring. They provide excellent service. They immediately answer calls and schedule service in cases of emergencies (we've had a couple of instances where we called them and the promptly delivered for us). I highly recommend them.
