Went to get my brother a watch and ended up getting myself one too. Ron was super helpful and easy to deal with. Made the process smooth, was in and out of there stress free. Would definitely recommend seeing Ron!
HANDS DOWN- JARED'S has the best customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. Their model of service should be studied. I have been a customer of Ron's for at least 20 years and he and has staff CONSISTENTLY treated me well. And not just when I'm spending money but when I need service. Leslie remembers the details between visits 6 months, even years. I won't go anywhere else other than the Walden location and I'VE TRIED- & IT IS NOT THE SAME. They celebrated so many milestones with my family. I am grateful to be treated not just like a customer but like family.
Liz & Sandy were incredibly helpful when we stopped in to get my jewelry routinely inspected. While browsing, they gathered pieces I might be interested in and sourced a beautiful diamond and bezel setting for a solitaire upgrade. They didn’t pressure us at all. They made sure we got the best price and the best experience in the store. The ring turned out gorgeous and they seemed genuinely excited for us when we picked it up. We’ve been very happy with Jared and will return to Liz & Sandy for all of our jewelry in the future.
Ron and Kim were amazing!! Helped out me and my finance look for wedding rings and my friend look at engagement rings. So friendly, so helpful, and so welcoming. They also made the experience fun and memorable. I highly recommend this location and going to Jared in general, especially if searching for an engagement ring, because now my friends boyfriend can go in and see her profile with her ring size and what she tried on and liked. I came in about a very specific Citizen watch that was special edition. John Stefaniak immediately contacted Citizen USA’s special order division on our behalf. In less than 24 hours, he was able to secure the exact watch we were looking for.as it turned out, this year’s special edition was identical to last year’s and he had one in stock. This watch is very important to our future daughter in law and was getting discouraged because we hit one dead end after the next. John went above and beyond for us to make her Christmas for our son very special. There’s no words to describe how grateful we are for him and Jared for what he did for our family. It will never be forgotten and we’ll guarantee that he is now our go to for any jewelry needs that we have. Unfortunately, in today’s world, it’s very rare for someone like him that was very welcoming, a great person and was willing to do what it took to help us. he’s the exception that people really miss about the way things used to be. Thank you again John Stefaniak, we couldn’t be happier or more grateful for your kindness and the effort that he put in for us. Don’t hesitate bringing anything you need to him.
