Chris was absolutely amazing! We went in not expecting to buy anything, just to browse for our wedding band. Tried on multiple styles but then Chris asked if I’d be open to going outside the box and trust him on the next ring. He nailed it! It was exactly what I wanted and then some. So kind, honest and funny. Made it such an easy process! And they even cleaned my engagement ring!
I just got home from Jared Jewelers and I can honestly say that was the best retail experience my husband and I have ever had. We went in because the clasp on my gold bracelet was loose and would unhook easily. The staff was kind, prompt and I was shocked there were able to fix it in less than 10 minutes. While we were browsing as they fixed it, we overheard the staff be kind to every single customer, even remembering some of them as returning clients. You don’t get this type of service or experience these days. We were blown away to say the least and will be back.
