I've used Jennifer and Carren to purchase my house 11 years ago.and throughout the process it was a fun exciting adventure. I feel that that not only do they listen to what you want but they understand your personality which makes the experience fun and less stressful. OMG, These professional women are the best! We'd been in contact with them for the right time to sell an investment property with "protected tenants" and held by 4 different family members. It also needed lots of work. They gave us their opinion being respectful that it was our decision to make with regards to selling and doing repairs/updates. We finally decided to list the property and they not only found the contractors to do the work, but they managed the work for us. Their communication was great and they seemed to always be available to chat with any of us about the progress of the project and the sale of the property.
