I booked a class at Jetset Pilates Downtown through ClassPass. When I arrived, I was told that my spot hadn’t gone through for some reason, despite the fact that there were free reformers available in the studio. The instructor, Dianelys, said there was nothing she could do and refused to let me use one of the available reformers. This was especially surprising given that the equipment was literally standing empty. I’ve been practicing Pilates for five years, including at Jetset Pilates studios, and this level of inflexibility and lack of client loyalty is honestly hard to understand. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled says everything about a company’s attitude toward its clients. It’s a shame to see such good Pilates paired with such strange, robotic treatment of customers. You might want to reconsider who you hire to represent your brand.

First time taking class at this location and such a wonderful experience from Erika welcoming me at the front desk to a great class by Keilly. I’m a Solidcore regular in DC and always trying different reformer studios when traveling. This studio and team in particular finally convinced me for Jetset. Will definitely be back when I’m in town!
I’ve been taking jetset classes since ‘22, started at the brickell location. When I moved across the river into downtown late ‘23, was pleased to find a downtown location was opening. It’s now been 2 years and over 100 classes. Unfortunately, Ive recently moved too far but hope to find the same energy at a location closer to me. I’ll miss downtown jetset and will always recommend it to any Miami reformer lover. The ambiance is great and the music is fun. I always left feeling strong 💪🏽 For those who love an early morning workout I’d recommend my favorite instructors Bree, Haley and Juli(will seriously kick your butt).

The quality of the pilates sessions is unmatched; every workout is tailored to my personal goals and expectations, and the instructors ensure we all get the most out of every class. The ambiance is chic, uplifting, and motivating, making it a place you actually look forward to coming to. After experiencing Jetset pilates at this specific location, I can’t go anywhere else — it’s simply the best Pilates studio in Miami!
