I would recommend Jewelry Savers to everyone. They are so helpful. My son and I went in looking for an engagement ring. He were unsure of what he wanted. They went over all of our options. He decided to have a ring made out of a family ring. Julie helped us design it. She does a phenomenal job listening to what he wanted. Now we have a one of a kind ring that is gorgeous!

I came to this store because my fiancé told me they did a good job on a repair to our daughter's necklace that had broken. I came in and waited to be helped as they were busy. I continued to wait while they finished up with other customers. While im waiting to be helped another customer comes in and is immediately helped, I mean the door didnt even close all the way before one of the associates came running to help her while I was still standing there. I walked out because clearly my race was an issue as I was next to be helped and was clearly ignored. Very disappointing.

Jewelry Savers has done work for my family for years, so they were the only place I trusted to complete the task of creating custom wedding bands. Monica was amazing from start to finish. She was very helpful in explaining the process and different options for my rings. She provided me an initial quote for the work that would be done. I didn’t pay a penny over the quoted price + tax.
