Will is truly the Best Realtor in St. Clair Shores. He was incredibly accommodating with our situation, always available to answer questions, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. He helped ease our anxiety, handled negotiations confidently, and found countless homes for us to consider. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, he was genuinely fun to work with, which made the entire experience even better. Megan was fantastic during the closing process. She was always quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood each step along the way. As first-time buyers, that level of clarity and support meant a lot to us and made closing feel smooth and stress-free. We are extremely grateful for both Will and Megan and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding, supportive, and professional home-buying experience.
We love our realtor Shane Carnagie and he has made the house selling process so simple for us. I would go as far as to say he is the best realtor in Taylor! He is super efficient and thoroughly explains all aspects of the realty process to us. He responds so quickly to any inquiry. His character, knowledge, and thoughtfulness just make him a genuine person to assist in the process. I highly recommend and you should give him a call for all your realty needs! The Jim Shaffer group in general has also been amazing team to work with to get the sell done. They keep you updated and are quick to answer any emails and messages with regards to title and closing! My fiancée and I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end buying with Jim Shaffer and Associates! The entire staff was so wonderful in helping us navigate the entire home-buying process, especially because it was our first time. Our realtor, Aaron Cumming, was so flexible with our availability, understood exactly what we were looking for in a home, advocated for us when we found some potential issues with our home during the inspection, and was there with us through every part of the process--even when he was technically "off," celebrating his wedding! In his place, Rachel Stafford was also fantastic in showing us properties early on and helping us to identify important things in a house that we hadn't even considered when buying. When we closed on our house, Megan Pearl was really helpful in getting all of our documentation together and walking us through closing. We will absolutely be working with Jim Shaffer again if we sell/buy in the future! They are by far the best realtors in metro Detroit!
Justin Lyons is by far the most amazing realtor we could have worked with! His knowledge and creativity for how to get offers on our house within days, was impressive! Most importantly, he did a great job at finding the perfect list price for our house, as we were nervous about selling in such a competitive market. Justin also helped us find our dream home within the time frame of selling our house, which seems like no small task! He is so patient and explains things in a way that makes sense, helping to reassure you that his suggestions are the way to go. If you trust Justin (which you really should!), just know you will be lucky enough to be working with the best realtor in Plymouth! We couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else. John Mahar was our realtor when we purchased our home 8 years ago and had to sell it last year. He was amazing to work with and pointed out the pros and cons of each house we looked at when we were looking to buy. He gave us tips and was so accommodating to our schedule when we went to go list the house. He helped us find our first home and we loved living there! He truly is the best realtor in Detroit and I would not recommend anyone else. The office staff was so professional and timely! Can’t go wrong with Jim Schaffer!
