After a few days away, we came home to a leaking and non working water heater. I called Mike who set me up with a proposal within a couple hours on a Sunday. By 8am on Monday, his crew was there installing a new water heater. Christian and crew were prompt, quick and very informative. The best service I’ve experienced in a long, long time. Thanks guys.
Our system broke down over the weekend, and by Monday we needed to find and HVAC company. We had always heard good things about Jim's Heating and Cooling. I had to work all day, and my husband was leaving town, so timing was tough. Rick Carter from Jim’s Heating & Cooling called my husband back right away and said he could come out that same day to give us an estimate. We felt completely comfortable trusting Rick and even gave him our garage code. By that afternoon, he had a quote ready, and we scheduled the installation for Tuesday. Rick went above and beyond—he even offered us space heaters so we wouldn’t freeze overnight. We couldn’t be home for the install, but the team emailed us a photo and names of the installers so we knew exactly who was coming. They worked all day, got everything running perfectly, and left the house spotless. Honestly, we wouldn’t have known they were there if not for the new system! Rick followed up with my husband when he got back to make sure everything was working and walked us through the new setup. That kind of care and attention means so much. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We absolutely recommend Jim’s Heating & Cooling!
I have been a customer of Jim’s for many, many years (from new replacement installation to ongoing maintenance at previous homes) they consistently exceed expectations. Office scheduling staff and previous technicians have been awesome. Yesterday Jake D came out to our new home for a standard scheduled maintenance and answered my many additional questions performing additional checks to make sure systems in place were safe etc. I also asked about updating the thermostat with my expectation of needing to schedule another appointment. He had the new product available, installed fast and efficiently and even helped me get it all setup and in place on my phone. Jake D was great, he is very knowledgeable/skilled and professional. He also was very patient in answering all of my questions. He provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend Jim’s for all Heating and Air Conditioning needs!
The service on my furnace was great the tech was Mick, I always request mick he is very good. I have been a customer of Jim's for over 28 years. I have not had any problems in all that time.
Jim's installed a new Carrrier Comfort 454B Heat Pump, smart thermostat, and Carrier Performance Variable Speed Furnace for me. My old air conditioner was too noisy, and I wanted to upgrade. What a difference! They did calcs before coming to the house, which influenced which products were selected. This is key to ensuring you order and have installed the correct equipment to fit your home needs. The system pumps a lot more air to the second floor of my home, and I didn't need to change any ducting. The system is fantastic in terms of modulating the temperature on both floors of my house. And it's whisper quiet! The entire system exceeds expectations. I'd recommend Jim's for heating and cooling new install and existing equipment maintenance needs. I'd also highly recommend switching out your old clunker of an AC and upgrading to a heat pump. While expensive, it was totally worth it in terms of in home climate comfort and control. However, don't expect to see any or major rebates from ID Power for new equipment. If you're expecting big checks from ID Power or the feds as reimbursement for better efficiency equipment, you're likely going to be disappointed. Nonetheless, I'd encourage you to switch out your old equipment regardless.
