John Thomas and his team were all eager to help. I had a ring that needed repaired not from this jeweler, but they looked at every detail to determine its full need and repair. They cared and considered it as if it were their own They communicated clearly the details of the repair and the details insurance would cover. He got the ring repaired in four days! This is impressive! John Thomas does the work himself. You get to meet him and how his wife inspired his work. We will be back for future purchases and definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality diamond shopping experience.

Going to John Thomas Jewelers was fantastic. We had been to many other jewelry stores and either didn't like the selection, or felt pressured to buy something that wasn't quite for us. At John Thomas, they have an awesome selection. Cheryl Yoos was the jewelry specialist that helped us. She was patient as my wife tried to figure out the style of the band and the diamond. We never felt pressured at all. Cheryl helped guide us to a crisscut diamond. The wedding band is beautiful and the crisscut diamond makes it absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend Cheryl and John Thomas Jewelers.

I have purchased a number of pieces from them including engagement ring, wedding ring, earrings.and a custom wedding band for myself. Top level white glove service from start to finish!
