Mike was very knowledgeable, he helped me decide which recumbent bike would suit my needs. He also allowed me to ride it to get a feel of. I believe with his help I selected the bike I needed.
The folks at Johnson are great, and I am so glad that I chose to come in store to browse and buy than gamble with an online purchase via Amazon. We haven't had any hiccups with our purchase yet, but if we do down the line, then I have confidence that Johnson will have our backs and work with us to resolve any issues. I don't get that same feeling from buying from Amazon online, and I think everyone can understand why that would be the case. Also, our purchase actually ended up being just slightly cheaper than online. Not significant savings, but it was cheaper than online, which is pretty rare for in-store purchases.
Bo and Michael were both extremely helpful. I purchased anew treadmill and am waiting for it to be delivered. They were also helpful in getting me in touch with their repairman. I am passing my old one down to my daughter and want to get it tuned up for her.
1st time going to the south location - was shopping for a treadmill, and ended up working with Taylor. He is well versed in the industry as a whole, made honest recommendations and didn’t over sell. In the end, I happily left with a new treadmill that may or may not have cost more than my first car. Great shop.
