Absolutely loved going here. Aruta was an incredible prenatal yoga teacher - and Lina’s baby classes were incredible! She’s such a calm, stalwart presence! Great workouts and she’d keep the class going despite multiple baby meltdowns. One of the highlights of my maternity leave :)
Amazing and friendly staff! You always feel comfortable and at ease the moment you walk in. I have been seeing Dr. Nicole Procyk since 2023. At the time, I was pregnant and hoping for a normal delivery. With her guidance and supportive care, I truly believe I was able to achieve that goal. A few days after giving birth, the first thing I did was visit her, and it was the best decision I made. The treatment gave me quick relief and helped me recover so much faster. Since then, I have continued seeing her to help realign my body, and what I appreciate most is that you are not just seeing a doctor. You are seeing someone who is kind, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. Highly recommend!
Love the prenatal yoga, prenatal massage and pelvic floor physio! But I cannot recommend the birth class. Unfortunately the birth class was not evidence-based (the instructor provided information that was incorrect related to several topics (including inductions and C-sections). I wish we would have done the Mount Sinai or Sunnybrook birth class instead. But (other than the birth class), I’ve had a great experience at Yoga Mamas!
I had my first massage with Deana today and felt so good both during the massage and after. I’m pregnant in my second trimester and I felt completely safe in Deana’s care. She listened to my needs and targeted the areas that I needed help with. The environment was really nice and I’m glad to say that I’ve found a place that I’ll be coming back to! The yoga mamas studio is really nice, warm and welcoming. Excited to keep coming here during my pregnancy, as well as after.
I’m so grateful to have found Yoga Mamas during this special time. We had an amazing experience, and I want to give a special shoutout to Jocelyn Ye, who was absolutely fantastic. She guided us through essential birth preparation techniques, including perineal massage, birth positions, and incredibly helpful partner massage tips to support my wife during contractions. Jocelyn was knowledgeable, clear, and made us feel much more confident and prepared for the birth process. Her teaching was empowering and practical—we learned so much! Also, a big thank you to Janet at reception, whose warmth and kindness made us feel welcome right away. She took the time to answer our questions and gave us great information about their products and services. Overall, Yoga Mamas has been such a positive and reassuring part of our journey. Highly recommend them to any expecting families!
