The experience I had creating a ring with Justin and his team was second to none. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and everything was just how I wanted, at a fair price. This kind of customer service and attention to detail is very refreshing. I would not consider any other jeweler in the future.
Friendly, fast, and attention to detail!!! The stone of my engagement ring, which was made by a different jeweler, was loose in its setting- and they were able to tighten the prongs in under 20 minutes. I felt like family as soon as i walked in, Koop Diamond Cutters was amazing, and I will be going back for all my jewelry needs!!!
I will be going to Koop for everything I need in the future. Their service was incredible when I had an engagement ring set. They were able to rush to get the ring ready before I left for my trip which was very short notice. Jimmy did an excellent job setting the diamond and got it done extremely quick despite being under the weather. Morgan was also super helpful in making sure I was able to pickup the ring before my flight and even stayed a couple minutes after closing to make sure my engagement could go as planned. I’d give 6 stars if I could!
Such a fantastic experience working with Koop on a few special pieces recently! They helped me clean up & refurbish old jewelry I was planning to sell... add cherished, collected charms to my bracelet... add gold to bring an heirloom wedding band to a size it can enjoyed again... secure the clasp on my husband's bracelet from an anniversary trip to Rome... and repair a dainty gold chain I wear daily! They are professional and incredibly friendly with beautiful work, fair prices, and good turnaround times! Absolutely will return to work with them again, and highly recommend to friends and family here in Cincinnati.
Can’t rave enough about Koop Diamond Cutters! We came in with a vague and unique idea for an engagement ring and wedding band and Justin crafted an absolute masterpiece! We are in love with these rings and have gotten many compliments on them. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Justin’s work! Wonderful communication, updates, timeliness and great customer service. We refer all our loved ones and friends here. Would definitely recommend!
