I recently sold a house with Tom Sicking at KHH Realtors and from beginning to end, this was a stellar experience. The house was a rental I purchased about seven or eight years ago, and when the renters moved out I decided to sell it. (Oh, and I live on the West Coast, 2000 miles away, so I wasn't going to be able to be there to prep the house for sale) Thankfully, I was referred to Tom at KHH. We had a call, he did a walkthrough and took some pictures inside/outside the house, and came back to me with a plan to get this house, currently in very rough condition, ready for sale. This house needed a lot of work, including garbage removal, int./ext. paint, flooring work, appliances, landscaping, roofing, etc. etc. Fortunately, Tom's been doing this for years in Cincinnati, so he knew all the right people to call, and basically managed a rehab of the house. All of the work was done brilliantly (and quickly), and his subcontractors were all very reasonably priced, especially given the high-level work that was completed. Fast forward to the end, the house looked amazing, the photos were beautiful, and we got a full-price offer. Best of all, I didn't have to fly out once to deal with selling this house. Tom was the consummate professional the entire time and turned what could've been a very stressful, long-distance sale into an easy, painless process. If you're buying or selling in the Cincinnati area and you want a realtor who really knows what he's doing, Tom is definitely your man.
My husband and I closed on our first home in Fort Thomas today, and we are still searching for the right words to describe how wonderful Valerie is! She educated us every step of the way, advocated for our needs, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were making this purchase with confidence and ease. We are forever grateful to Valerie for making our home-ownership dreams become a reality. We truly cannot recommend her enough!

Our realtor, Valerie Kreimer, was fantastic. She was thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and couldn't have been easier to work with. We had her for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old one. She was exceptionally proactive, and was willing to pitch in on whatever we needed done. As sellers, her expertise was responsible for us garnering a much higher sales price on our house than we had hoped to expect. Overall, hiring Valerie was the best decision we made!
