What a great experience! The Kromholz shop is neat and organized with a small but fantastic selection of the vintage jewelry that they specialize in. Everything was fairly priced with items for every taste and budget. Lee, the owner, was quick to respond to my emails to set up an appointment, and he made me feel so welcome and relaxed. We negotiated a fair deal on a ring and a beautiful pendant, and he didn't waste my time trying to make the hard sale or making unreasonable offers. Instead, he was genuine, honest, knowledgeable, and great to work with. It was so appreciated. Krombholz is the kind of business I want to deal with after navigating far too many big jewelry stores. I'd much rather support a family business anyway and Kromholdz's jewelry is far superior and more affordable! I would recommend Krombholz to anyone looking for unique or meaningful pieces of fantastic jewelry at a fair price. I will be back. Thank you Lee!

Anita helped make my vision come to life! She was so easy and accommodating to work with. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! I now have the 15year Wedding Anniversary band I’ve always dreamed of! Thank you!

When I was looking for jeweler to design a custom engagement ring using the stones and gold from an heirloom ring, I happened to walk in to Krombholz, and I’m very glad I did! Though I didn’t have a consultation scheduled, Anita was happy to sit with me and discuss my ideas for the ring. She was very accommodating of my design ideas and constraints (my fiancée is a seamstress, so the ring had to be fairly low-profile so as not to snag on fabrics). From the beginning, they communicated clearly and accurately about the estimated timing and cost (which I found to be incredibly reasonable). In an iterative process of wax models, we refined the design until it was better than I could have envisioned! They were very receptive to my feedback along the way. Lee did an amazing job bringing my vision into reality! And most importantly, my fiancée loved it!

Excellent craftsmanship and customer care! Highly recommend! 👍👍 Anita and the team made purchasing an engagement ring and wedding band seamless and stress free. I've been coming here for a few years now based on a recommendation from another friend who had a custom piece done. They are always friendly and welcoming, and have beautiful pieces in stock. Recently, for our 5 year anniversary, my husband and I decided to get custom rings made. They went beyond expectations. They worked with us every step of the way and took inspirations from things I showed them and what I wanted our rings to showcase about us. What they really did was design and create a gorgeous piece of artwork that I get to wear everyday. I can't say enough about how great the whole team is. Won't go anywhere else for my jewelry.
