Fast, friendly service received for data recovery on my old laptop & the set up of a new laptop. Made the whole process really easy & would highly recommend.
Neil and his colleague answered my endless questions relating to replacing my aged computer, gave me very helpful guidance and the confidence to choose a replacement. They then transferred everything on to the new computer and made the whole process so much easier than it might have been without them!

My PC was making an ominous creaking sound each time I lifted the lid... for weeks. But, finally when I was unable to open it, I was still surprised and had no idea what to do. However, it being a Friday morning, I knew I had to act fast. So, I Googled "PC repair in my area" and Laptop & PC Doctor appeared - and with the best reviews. I phoned to enquire if I could drop my PC off and the matter-of-fact response from the other end of the line was strangely reassuring. My spirits were further lifted when it turned out they had the part needed in stock and that it would only take a couple of hours to fix - which it did. So, my day went from disaster to a new-found confidence in the universe. Thank you so much guys! I'll be recommending you to all my friends :D
Took in pc to Laptop & PC Doctor which had died completely. It was restored to original condition and I was able to retrieve all my info. Laptop & PC Doctor were incredibly helpful - as well as repairing pc they offered helpful advice. + checked in after a couple of weeks to make sure all OK. I will definitely use again if required.
