Nelly always does an amazing job with my lash extensions! I was surprised the first time I went to her and my eyes never watered or felt irritated after the service like they had in the past with other techs from other businesses. She is very thorough and always so gentle when she works. It makes it really hard not to fall asleep from how relaxed I am!
Nelly, lash extension aesthetician, examined my last eyelash procedure, and proposed a change that would give me more volume to scarce lashes. Her attention to detail was superb— as to the cleaning of my lashes before the fill, and her eye for uplifting my initial process with more volume was very much appreciated. I’ve been going to Lash Love for about a month now for my brows. My first experience back in June was phenomenal with Ellie. I didn’t have to tell her how I wanted them shaped, it was like she just knew. I had perfect brows for my anniversary. I had my second appointment today and I expected nothing less. She did amazing on my brows once again. Usually when I go to places for brows I have to return within a 1-2 week time span for a touch up. Since officially becoming a returning client of Ellie’s I’ve only needed to go once a month. Even my appointments are efficient with wonderful conversation. I told Ellie last month that she has officially received a loyal client. Definitely recommend this place and Ellie!! Also scheduling is so easy on the square app. The whole system is organized and great, not to mention the vibes at the beauty bar are so peaceful and relaxing.
I had such a great experience getting my eyebrow lamination done! My tech Jacky L. was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire service, explaining each step and checking in to make sure I was okay. I could really tell she cared about the quality of her work and about making sure I left happy with the results. I absolutely love how my brows turned out! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know! 💕 LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
