I've been going to Chantal for my hair for about a year now and I can't say enough good things. Chantal is amazing at helping hone in on what's important, what you're looking for and making sure that you're comfortable throughout the whole process. The results are always better than I can imagine going in - will definitely come back again and again. Thanks Chantal and Level 10!
I had my hair cut done by Kai and he was very attentive and considerate of my hair needs which I thought was very nice.. even though I am obtuse to my own hair needs haha. I also liked that he was gentle with the razor too because I’ve had haircuts where razor blades pinch and hurt, but not this time 😀 and my haircut came out amazing, it was exactly what I wanted (short and shaggy) so thank you Kai! I’ll come back when the urge for a haircut returns 🫡 Also The salon is very nice too - cozy and comfortable. There’s an old commodore computer just chilling there… super cool to see irl :>
Went there for the first time today. Had an awesome experience Chantel was amazing with helping me. Choose what I wanted and even mixing a couple ideas together thank you. definitely will recommend and most definitely will be back. Thank you Chantel
I had such an amazing experience at this salon! Chantal did such a great job, she gave me the exact haircut I asked for! Feeling so refreshed
I tried to cut bangs and when they were awful I decided to do a BIG chop. I booked an appointment with Kai and he didn't disappoint! I got a really cute shaggy pixie. Had to style it a bit before I was really sold on it but definitely thrilled with the outcome! Update: After living in it a few days I could not figure out how to style this cut the way Kai had so I reached out and he asked me to come back so he could make a few changes that I thought might make it easier for me to do on my own. He did not need to do this, but I love the cut even more now that it's a bit of an easier style for me to work with. Less shaggy pixie, more traditional pixie. Anyways, I love it and truly appreciate Kai giving me that extra time until I was happiest with the style. Highly recommend!
