South Bay glow-up secret: unlocked. Lucy is an absolute spray tan wizard—professional, precise, and genuinely one of the coolest humans out there. She’ll bend over backwards to fit your schedule (seriously, she is our glam squad queen!!). Her studio is adorable, but her mobile setup? Elite. I’d give her 12 stars if I could. Catch me glowing, but never going to get a tan anywhere else. ✨
Oh my goodness, I absolutely LOVE this beautiful human! Shelley makes you feel so comfortable and her authenticity and care are so apparent that she immediately feels like a lifelong friend. That’s just the cherry on top, though; I originally spent hours upon hours poring over reviews and client photos of every spray tan artist in the Bay Area, searching for the most talented one. Liquid Sunshine was the obvious pick, but almost seemed too good to be true. She made everyone look like a flawless goddess, but I figured I’m a tougher case and thus may not get great results; every spray tan I’ve had elsewhere ended up with streaks, splotches, or weird color. Still, I decided to give spray tans one more shot, and wow, am I glad I did… Shelley has this all down to a science. I’m a nit-picky perfectionist, but Shelley somehow tans even the tricky areas (hands, wrists, ankles, knees, elbows) with ease and flawlessness. She mixes up the perfect color for you, and for whatever reason, I cannot even come close to getting this dark with any of the home self-tanners. The color is even so much better (and safer!!!) than what I could naturally get from the sun. Every time I have a spray tan from Shelley, I get so many compliments on my skin (which is not true otherwise)! All of my research to end up finding Liquid Sunshine was WELL worth it. It’s crazy what a confidence boost her tans can give (it’s my new favorite accessory!), and of course I love that I can have a flattering glow that covers imperfections — while still staying safe from skin cancer and wrinkles. You could travel the entire country and honestly will not find a better airbrush artist anywhere. Shelley is such a gift to all who know her; I just wish we could clone her!
