We’ve purchased from Living Spaces multiple times and have had a great experience! Most recently, there was an error when the order was entered. And while the piece we entended to purchase was no longer in stock, the sales specialist I emailed was kind and helpful to find a floor model. The employees have been professional and very kind in all of our experience. The furniture seems to be good quality and we’ve been pleased!
We had amazing customer service from Susan B.! She wasn’t pushy and was very informative in different departments. She had great accent suggestions as well. Highly, highly recommend her!
I purchased the "Sawyer Brown Walnut King Wood Platform Bed With Storage | Drawers" in late-August 2025 after visiting a local showroom. I was referred to this establishment as I am new in town and desired quality furniture. I absolutely regret this decision. The set took three weeks to be delivered, and I paid for assembly. The crew that assembled the bed frame either broke a piece of the frame during assembly, or it arrived broken and they assembled it anyway and didn't notify me about such. Only after my own examination did I notice the egregious issue. Customer service sent out a replacement part--problem is, it wasn't the correct part at all, and the crew that arrived quickly realized this as I showed them the attached photo which was THE EXACT SAME PHOTO I submitted to customer service to begin with. I demanded the entire set be replaced at this point; the problem is that these never seem to be in stock. However, someone from the warehouse did locate one and sent it out the next day. This unit was not damaged (thankfully), however had a large dent in the headboard which had to be repaired by their contracted service several weeks later. Now, I purchased this set as it had storage drawers that I planned to utilize. Problem is, the staining on it is garbage and bled off on any items put inside, which included clothing that I wear. I have tried wiping it down but it seems as if it is of little help. Oh yeah, I purchased a matching nightstand, and its staining is faulty as there is a large streak on the side of the item that cannot be repaired. I have already received some concessions on the items but will be disputing the charge in full unless further concessions are offered. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Never ever ever shop here.
I will never not be obsessed with the “Everett” sectional from Living Spaces! I receive so many compliments. It meets my comfort, design aesthetic, and performance. As you can see, the wall behind the sectional is extremely short compared to the TV wall. It was important to me that I didn’t lose length while also allowing space between the sectional and kitchen island. The “Everett” allowed me to go beyond the short wall, while tucking back into the living space with a left-facing cuddler. When life throw me lemons, I can come home to marvel at this sofa and thank God it’s mine! I want to share the exact sectional details with you! Customization: Sofa Design: Everett Swatch Fabric: Preference Cream Cuddler: Left-Facing (be sure to select the “cuddler for the tuck in look) Small and Large Toss Pillows: Preference Cream (request all pillows be the same color as sofa for this look) Additional Purchases: 2 additional medium pillows for this look in Preference Cream Ps. If Living Spaces were on LTK I’d be a millionaire! Order the sofa.
