This store provided the worst experience. We bought an extension table from them and it didn’t come with the extension panel in the center. We had confirmed with the sales person that this was in fact an extension table and he verified with the details on his tablet. Upon delivery， it didn’t come with the center panel and we called them for the missing part. They called back later in the day that this table doesn’t come with the panel. We wanted to return it but they were going to charge us with the 10% restocking fee. This is very unethical to put the error on the customer. We went to the store the next day to explain to them the whole situation and they still wouldn’t remove the restocking fee as it is their policy. This is unfair to the customer as we weren’t never told that it doesn’t come with the panel. This is a senseless product. Lol. See picture. The table can extend but wouldn’t provide you with the panel on top. Be careful when buying from them.
Garrick Chan was very informative and helpful in my selection of 2 sofas. He was very patient and didn’t rushed us as we were testing for firmness of cushions and depth the many sofas we sat on. All in all, Garrick made my purchase of 2 sofas a pleasant and stress free experience.
My first time at living spaces! I came here to purchase a bed for my son. I was greeted by Mohamed. He was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. He reached out to Brandon ( manager) to see if they can assist with a particular mattress. Anyways, overall the both were very nice, courteous and helpful!
Had the best experience at Living Spaces thanks to Allyson! When I was ready for help, she was right there and helped me find the perfect couch for my home. She really took the time to consider my living space and brought up thoughtful points I wouldn’t have thought of. There’s such a great selection of furniture too compared to other competitor stores! Highly recommend asking for Allyson when you visit.
This whole shopping experience was perfect. Both Kelly and Dylan were very helpful and friendly. They gave us all the answers to our questions while still leaving us the space to try different options out and talk about them to each other. The products seemed very high quality and we were able to take our time testing all the many choices. We bought our bed on Monday afternoon and it was delivered and setup at 9:00 AM Tuesday morning. Also the two men who delivered the bed and set it up were great. Very kind and helpful clean people who respected our property and were very patient with our requests to move it this way and pin the dangling labels on the base up out of the way. Overall from walking through the door of the store to enjoying the new bed in our house it was a very good experience for us.
