I was assisting my sister move into her new apartment during the winter storm in Dallas. These movers were able to quickly accommodate her during a very difficult time, they were fast, efficient, and easy to work with. I plan to utilize this company for my next move as well!
Y'all I want to let y'all know that this is the best moving company in the DFW area, when I tell you they will move you in rain, sleet, an/or snow LITERALLY! I appreciate the customer service, they are dependable, and I would recommend them to anyone. Please if you don’t do nothing else and want an easy love contact these guys. Reach out and ask for Mile and Quis! These gentlemen’s were very sweet and professional! And I appreciate them helping me during the inclement weather.
Cey, Marquist, Von moved my daughter and I in under the 3 hours that I reserved them for. Marquist drove our 26’ Uhaul with our items and took really good care of everything! Will definitely look to use them in the future. Great job everyone
This was not a good experience. We hire movers Everytime we move. They are usually older experienced people. These boys were young and small and just didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Even with my boyfriend taking everything apart and putting in the garage and then helping them load and unload they took hours. My boyfriend told me he was the first one to start loading they were just inside talking amongst themselves. Again this is my experience after using several other moving services. I’ve never had movers move as slowly as they did. Maybe because they came from another job but with my boyfriends help it shouldn’t have taken that long and one of the guys complained saying I said it wasn’t much but it wasn’t alot of stuff for experienced movers. It was 3 beds 1 couch 3 dressers a dining table a tv stand 3 desk and boxes and bags mind you that’s split between 4 people and they complained. They even said they went over at their first job. They’re young and small and not able to move at a quick pace the 3 guys were doing the job of one person. If you’re moving to a one bedroom use them but any real job they’re not the movers for you. Also they didn’t tell us they only take cash until afterwards and then they got mad about us having to go get cash.
This was by far the most devastating experience. The move required out of state. Complete breach of contract as they promised items would be handled with care. Let’s start by Mike the owner who is unprofessional and no costumer service etiquette. When the U-Haul truck arrived and the movers opened the door it was heart breaking to see my beautiful expensive items they way it came. Expensive painting down, with my tvs tossed on top, boxes and luckily the king size mattress was holding items back or it would have been worse. It was a complete disaster. The movers didn’t even know where to begin. My entertainment center that Mike unwrapped at pick up is destroyed. Which makes him liable due to me not giving permission to unwrap in the first place. Every single big item is destroyed, damaged. Entertainment center has grown men foot prints on it, no blankets placed down for protection during move. To put insult to injury he had the audacity to blame me for my wrapping/packing and precious movers. Complete lie. My items have been moved many times and out of state and never once were there any items messed up. The movers packed my storage unit just as bad as they packed the U-Haul truck. Throw in there, tubes held down with heavy item on top. I have to now hire movers to come and repack my unit. This company showed negligence, unprofessionalism, and carelessness. Do not hire this company. My pics will show proof.
