Luna sent out a great crew consisting of Julio, Macon, and Logan. They were promptly on time and were efficient in completing the installation of a new HVAC system. I would recommend this crew all over again!
Luna Heating and Cooling are amazing. We need a new furnace and they made the process fast and not stressfull at all. Their team was infomative and professional, providing me with all the information i needed and answering every question I had. We purchased our much need furnace and the next day it was installed. I'd highly recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase a new HVAC system or anyone needing answer/repairs. I'll definitely be using them again.
I can’t say enough good things about Luna. Incredibly responsive. Saved the day when our furnace went out. Steve, Manny and Amari were all so pleasant and thorough to work with. Answered all of my questions and were efficient with the install. I signed up for the maintenance plan because I was so happy with the service. 100% would recommend!
My experience with Luna HVAC 100% positive. Our furnace went out (cracked heat exchange) and I had 3 different companies (including a good friend who owns an HVAC company but lives 4 hours away) provide feedback & estimates. Could have just replaced the furnace but Luna’s price was good enough that we decided on a full replacement inside & out. Jamie (estimator) was knowledgeable, super kind, and so very helpful with the financial side. Manny & Khalil (installers) are not only polite, respectful, and kind…they are HARD WORKING & HONEST! Very thorough with the work plus the walk through showing us every detail. I felt welcomed around them working, educated by their understanding, and safe going to sleep knowing that PROFESSIONALS had done this work in our home. These are family men who do good work & are good people. My 6 yo son was comfortable around them, no language or music to worry about, they were perfect gentlemen to my family. You may find others in the KC area who can do this type of work, but you will not find any nicer ones. Turn key in one day. Name brand equipment. Cleaned up after themselves. A great experience after our long term HVAC guy retired and closed his business after many years of great service. Thanks for doing great work & being such great people!!
