Joey, our server, was absolutely amazing! He was exceptional in every detail. Everything he recommended was spot-on—the food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and his vibe made the entire experience even better. He truly understood our humor, and it honestly felt like home—lots of laughs and great energy. The bread was incredible, and the butter cake he recommended for dessert… wow. It was completely out of this world! I can’t say enough good things about the service—it was truly exceptional. No complaints whatsoever. If (and when) we come back, we will definitely be asking for Joey again. Thank you, Joey, for all the amazing recommendations, taking such wonderful care of us, and for all the good times and laughs!
You're paying mall prices when you eat places like this. It's right next to Memorial City Mall. I thought the food was good but not great. The Cesar Salad was decent. The Chicken Alfredo was said to be the "finest" according to the menu. It was OK but nothing special. They were very skimpy on the chicken. For the price of the dish, it should've had more protein. The butter cake was excellent. The service was decent. They had a live band playing. I drove 30 miles to get here and I probably wouldn't do it again unless I was in the area.
Had a wonderful time here celebrating my anniversary. Mateo was our waiter and he was very nice. He also gave some great recommendations. The food was delicious as well as the wine🤤 Do yourself a favor and get the tiramisu you won’t regret it 🤤
My company had a work event here for about 40 people and the Maggiano’s team handled it phenomenally. Upon walking into the event room, I immediately noticed the mini bar right outside the doors and was welcomed with a drink right away. They also had our company name on the tables on welcome cards. Great preparation by the team. The food was decent considering it was for a party as big as ours was, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either. There was a good selection of everything from Caesar salad to salmon to 2 different cakes for dessert (cheesecake and tiramisu). I would not complain if our company does another event here. There is a strong smell of cheese throughout the restaurant which wasn’t pleasant but also understandable given the dishes they serve.
We were seated immediately which was really nice since it was a Saturday night and we didn't have a reservation. Our server was very attentive and he gave great menu recommendations. The Italian Margarita was a little salty and very strong, highly recommend giving it a good stir because the cream does help it go down smoother 8/10. The Caesar Salad was huge and perfect for sharing, however I would've loved more dressing and the croutons were mid 6.5/10. Calamari was such a good portion to share and the batter was nice and light. I wish it was a bit crispier, but overall very solid 8/10. The Chicken Piccata was so yummy, everything was cooked perfectly 9.5/10! To end everything off we had the Tiramisu for dessert, good choice and very creamy 8/10. Overall I would recommend, perfect for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion.
