From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. From Kimberly in customer service to John in the field, the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. John came out promptly, took the time to clearly identify and explain the issue, and quickly found and fixed a leak that could have turned into a much bigger problem. What really stood out was how he stood behind his work. When an unexpected issue came up, it was addressed promptly and professionally, with everything handled the right way. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great communication, technical skill, and true integrity, but that’s exactly what we experienced. If you’re looking for a plumber who shows up, communicates clearly, and genuinely stands by their work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Magnolia Plumbing.
Tyler is an absolute great guy. He answered all of our questions and got out appointment for a new waterheater set up with haste. Update: Water heater is freshly installed. Chad and his buddy were UTTERLY amazing. Like Tyler they were respectful of our property and pets and answered all the questions we had. And y'all that water heater looks GOOD. They did a wonderful job on install.
Tyler was outstanding! Had a kitchen faucet installed. Very courteous...explained everything to us about the installation. Cleaned up everything after the installation. This is a touch sensor faucet so he walked us through how to use it. Would highly recommend him again!! We've had two technicians from Magnoila over the past two weeks and both have been outstanding!
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Tyler showed up on time. Immediately got to work diagnosing the issue with my sewer line. He cleared the blockage and explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what was going on. What really impressed me was his attention to detail — he fixed the problem, and made sure the entire line was flowing perfectly before leaving. The price was very reasonable for such high-quality work. Would absolutely recommend Magnolia Plumbing!
Tyler did an incredible job of explaining the options for our plumbing issues (both toilets downstairs ended up needing to be replaced). I didn’t feel pressured to choose one option over the other. He also did a wonderful job of preparing me for the possibility of other issues that could cost more, and he answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he gave me upfront pricing, as well. He provided all of the options and made me feel comfortable with my choices. He changed both toilets the same day, making sure to update me throughout the process. I work from home. Tyler was respectful of my schedule and kept me updated or asked questions via text instead of interrupting my calls. He was very patient. Tyler made sure to show me anything that might be a potential issue or anything that might take a little longer to complete. He walked me through each procedure. I love that they don’t charge per hour. They charge per service and the labor is included up front; no extra charges if it takes a little longer to complete the project. Tyler was very professional and efficient. I felt safe with him coming in and out and not having to stick close for any reason. Me and my family will be calling Magnolia for all of our plumbing issues in the future.
