Jordan and Monty are an amazing team. From start to finish, they were always available, incredibly responsive, and thoughtful in their guidance. They had excellent suggestions when dealing with the sellers and consistently advocated for our best interests. They also recommended an outstanding inspector (who checked out the house with a fine tooth comb) and a great real estate attorney, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. The house they helped us find was basically our dream house except for one issue we couldn’t look past. They found a contractor who came over right away and said he’d be able to make the changes we needed. If we would have delayed, we would have lost the house. The contractor is so amazing and we plan to hire for additional projects. Even after the sale closed, they have continued to be helpful in dealing with the developer, which really speaks to their commitment and professionalism. They’re the nicest people and we really loved working with them. We will absolutely use Jordan and Monty again when we sell our apartment (we haven’t moved out yet), and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly dedicated agents.

Hamza Alnasr was hands down the most professional, kind, and easy going agent I could have asked for. I haven’t signed a lease with Eric Valverde yet, but I’ve been working with him while looking for apartments in NYC and he’s been nothing but solid. Super communicative, always quick to respond, and he showed me a ton of options that actually fit my budget and what I was looking for. When my current lease ends, I’ll definitely be using Eric Valverde to help me lock in my next apartment. Highly recommend working with him.
